Church Service - Tuesday 13th January 2016
Our school visit to ST Barthomew Church This week the whole school walked to St Bathomews Church for a Christmas service, as it is nearly Jesus’s birthday. It was a busy morning. Emily in Wolves played Christmas carols on the clarinet as we walked into church. We sang lots of Christmas carols and children from all different year groups read different parts of the Christmas story. After that the Vicar told the Christmas story to which we did actions. It was really good and funny. During the Lords prayer we all did macaton actions which we have been practising at school. Year 6 Wolves read the poem’ t’was the night before Christmas’. Everybody agreed it was a fantastic time and we did amazing singing.
