Leave of Absence in Term Time

Request for a Pupil(s) to be absent from school for holidays or other events such as a family funeral, non school related sporting event.  

By completing this form you will be confirming an official request for leave during School term-time

LEAVE OF ABSENCE REQUEST FORM

Should you go ahead with the leave of absence a referral may be made to the Local Authority to consider issuing a Fixed Penalty Notice.  From 1st September 2013 Fixed Penalty Notices are £60 per parent per child if paid within 21 days rising to £120 per parent per child if paid within 28 days.
